U.W.W. is not your typical radio love song. Barry and I co-wrote this track to capture the emotional push and pull of maintaining a loving relationship while constantly having to travel as gigging musicians. For years, he and I have been in a premier traveling wedding band together and have spent just as much time out of town as we have in town. The song is a personal reflection on sacrifice, devotion, and the balancing act between our musical pursuits and partnership—all wrapped in a funky, soulful groove.
